These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bigskysitestudio.com and the website building and hosting services (the "Services") offered by Big Sky Site Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

We provide tools to build a website and host it online. Features may change over time as we improve the Services.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Hosting is billed as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown when you sign up.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• We will give you notice before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your site stays online until then.
• Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it and refund any charge made in error.

Your content

You own the content you add to your website. You give us permission to store, display, and host that content as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use everything you publish, including text, photos, and logos.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, or harmful, or to send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the Services. We may suspend or remove sites that break these rules.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or do not pay for your subscription. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep sites online and secure but do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any website will produce particular business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Big Sky Site Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
